CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Helen has over 16 years’ experience in recruitment and a passion for early careers, which led her to co-found Intake Talent. She’s known for her personable, detail-driven approach and works closely with schools and businesses to connect young people with meaningful opportunities.
Alex Tebbs
CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Alex has a background in tech and entrepreneurship, founding VIA – a cloud comms provider he grew from a home startup to a global business serving over 400 organisations before a multi-million-pound exit in 2020. A formative work placement shaped his early career and sparked his drive to build impactful businesses.
